HVAC Lead Installer
  • Installing HVAC equipment in customers’ homes, including furnace, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, and humidifiers, working under minimum or no supervision
  • Installing outdoor coils and outdoor units, as well as repairing refrigerants, TXVs, compressors, etc.
  • Designing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of duct fittings and ducts that are required, as well as wiring both indoor and outdoor units
  • Providing knowledge, training, and guidance to HVAC installer helpers for them to develop the right skills to perform HVAC installation jobs effectively
  • Removal of heating and air conditioning equipment
  • Installing new plumbing drain lines
  • Installing heating and air conditioning equipment
  • Removal and installation of ducting
  • Soldiering of copper lines
  • Handling of Freon and high-pressure nitrogen
  • Carry out wiring of both low and line voltage to cooling and heating equipment
  • Building of platforms and walkways in attics
  • Installing flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings
  • Installing copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering
  • Ensure gas lines are properly connected to heating equipment
  • Determine the right material needed for installation work by pre-measuring jobs
  • Meet local HVAC codes
  • Deliver consistently excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Complete proper administrative requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to climb, work at heights, lift, crawl on hands and knees, work with small items and work in high heat areas (attics)
  • Must follow PPE and safety protocols as directed while on customer visits
HVAC Repair Technician
  • Maintain, install, and repair all air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems
  • Sell maintenance contracts to current customers to ensure products last longer
  • Perform preventive maintenance to increase the longevity of any HVAC system
  • Discuss options with clients for heating and cooling systems, and help them determine which option is best for their situation
  • Troubleshoot issues with a current system as they are noticed
  • Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings to keep temperature comfortable in the home or office
  • Travel to different homes and businesses throughout the day and determine problems in order to repair or replace the system before the customer is inconvenienced
  • Move to and from each job quickly to maximize your time during the day and ensure that as many customers as possible are helped
  • Deliver consistently excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Complete proper administrative requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

HVAC Apprentice
  • Assist with the installation of new HVAC systems
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installations
  • Follow the instructions for picking and delivering tools, materials, and supplies from the job site
  • Ensure the tools, material, and equipment are in good working condition
  • Complete preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment
  • Coordinate the team members to provide excellent customer service
Service Plumber
  • Diagnose all plumbing problems and perform repairs
  • Install and repair all types of water heaters
  • Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures
  • Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs
  • Install and/or repair household appliances like dishwashers, water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc.
  • Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function
  • Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes
  • Travel to homes and businesses throughout the day in an efficient manner
  • Maintain knowledge of gas line sizing and installation
  • Deliver consistently excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Complete proper administrative requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to climb, work at heights, lift, crawl on hands and knees, work with small items and work in high heat areas (attics)
  • Must follow PPE and safety protocols as directed while on customer visits
